Helped by Sergio Ramos, this is Mbappe’s first $25M investment at Real Madrid

The Frenchman prepares his arrival to the Spanish giant in the summer

The arrival of Kylian Mbappe to Real Madrid is getting closer and closer, as the Frenchman was reported to have already planned his first investment to be made as a new Real Madrid player, which would take place in the summer once the agreement between the Frenchman and the Spanish club is confirmed.

According to the Spanish site OK Diario and his owner, the Spanish journalist Eduardo Inda, Mbappe would have already identified a $25 million investment to make in the next few months, as he would be developing his plans to settle in the city of his new club.

Following these sources, that plan would include the purchase of a mansion in the Spanish capital which the Frenchman would have already agreed, as since the start of 2024 the striker and his entourage would have started to mobilize to find the right place for the Bondy-born attacker to live.

In this sense, the reports made by OK Diario and Eduardo Inda indicate that Kylian Mbappe’s new home will be in La Moraleja, one of the most expensive neighborhoods in Madrid known for having historically been the place where Real Madrid stars regularly set their mansions in the Spanish capital.

What’s Sergio Ramos’ role in Mabppe’s investment?

In fact, the new mansion of Mbappe in Madrid would be currently owned by the former Real Madrid star Sergio Ramos, who would sell it to the Frenchman for $25 million. The striker’s new home would also be the former house of the former president of the Spanish Central Bank Alfonso Escámez, coming with 15,000 square meters of plot and 3,000 built; undoubtedly a luxury entourage for Mbappe to enjoy the Spanish capital in his next few years with Real Madrid.
