Neymar Jr Praises Miami Heat’s Jimmy Butler After Stellar Performance Against Philadelphia 76ers

Neymar may be injured currently and can’t perform on the sports field, but that doesn’t mean he can’t watch his friends turn up the heat. The Paris Saint-Germain attacker is not only a football lover but is a fan of basketball as well.

The Brazilian watches the sport as often as he can and is doing a lot of that now that he’s recovering from an injury.

Neymar is also good friends with Miami Heat star Jimmy Butler and was impressed by the forward’s performance against the Philadelphia 76ers.

As noted by NBC Sport, Butler scored 24 points as the Heat boosted their playoff chances by beating the 76ers 129-101.

While watching the game, Neymar took to social media to praise Butler and encourage him to ‘go crazy.’

Neymar’s love for basketball

The Brazilian is a big fan of basketball and often attends games in the United States of America when he can.

He also met LeBron James along with Kylian Mbappe when the American star visited the Parisian club.

He also scored a penalty against him in a friendly kickabout between the two.

As noted by the New York Times, Neymar previously opened up about his friendship with Butler, saying it was very special.
