The quiet base is a short drive from the rented house he had been using following his £49m move to City from Liverpool in 2015.
It houses five bedrooms, plus an additional guest flat built over the top of the THREE garages and has a floorplan of 7,500 square feet.

From a previous relationship, the England forward already has a four-year-old daughter named Melody Rose.
Sterling went all out on the new mansion in Birkdale despite the fact that he was having problems selling his old one.
The four-bedroom home was originally listed for £1.5 million eighteen months ago, but the asking price was lowered by £300,000 in March of last year.
But because no one has expressed interest in purchasing it, Sterling has decided to take it off the market.
