“As reported, PSG will not try to offer Mbappe a new contract, which is not even the topic of this meeting. Mbappe is only negotiating with Real Madrid,” Romano added.
The Spanish press previously reported that Real Madrid is currently the club that has direct contact with Mbappe and this is the French striker’s dream destination.
However, the negotiation process is still very long as the two sides have not yet agreed on the salary. Real Madrid is willing to pay him the highest salary in the club, but it will not be as high as when he played for PSG.
