Brazil star Neymar rocks £700 gold bag emblazoned with his family’s faces as he lands in Russia ahead of the World Cup… while Paul Pogba dons backpack with his own face on!

Brazil’s golden boy Neymar arrived in Russia on Sunday evening carrying the nation’s hopes on his back.

But that’s not all. The Brazilian star was also showing off his personalised £700 gold bag as he stepped off the plane at Sochi International airport.

A drop in the ocean for him in terms of cost, but the bag itself was a one-of-kind flashy accessory with a nod to his loved ones.

The Nordstrom Rack backpack boasts a silhouette of his family in a touching tribute on the back and is also decorated with golden studs.

The Paris Saint-Germain star Neymar, 26, has emblazoned an image of his mum, dad, sister and son across it as a reminder of who he is playing for.

France star Paul Pogba opted to rock a similarly outlandish bag as he arrived in Russia for the World Cup, minus the sentiment.

Pogba was seen wearing a French-themed MCM bag with his face and national team number on it as they boarded a bus at the Sheremetyevo international airport.

Like Neymar, Pogba will also be expected to step up to the plate in Russia as a talented France side look to make up for losing the European Championships on home soil two years ago.

France and Brazil both head into this summer’s tournament as heavy favourites but it is the latter who are coming into the World Cup on song.

Neymar scored on Sunday as Brazil beat Austria 3-0 in their final World Cup dress rehearsal

Tite’s men have consolidated their position as strong contenders in their World Cup dress rehearsals this month.

They eased past Croatia 2-0 before Neymar, Gabriel Jesus and Philippe Coutinho all got on the score sheet as they thumped Austria on Sunday.

The Brazil side is still very much made up of the same players who were part of their 7-1 humiliation at the hands of Germany on home soil four years ago and they will be determined to put that to rest this time around.

Neymar and Co touched down in Russia on Sunday evening and will have a week to prepare for their Group E opener against Switzerland.
