Barcelona star Neymar celebrates his 25th birthday with Lionel Messi, karaoke… and a Batman cake

BARCELONA star Neymar celebrated his 25th birthday in style on Wednesday night with his team-mates, friends and girlfriend Bruna Marquezine.

The Brazilian star turned 25 on Sunday – bizarrely the same day as Cristiano Ronaldo and a host of other footballing stars – but waiting until Wednesday to throw the bash.

Neymar – along with his other half – performed some karaoke as the Barcelona squad enjoyed the rest day handed to them by boss Luis Enrique.

Fortunately, the Samba star kept his Instagram followers up to date with all the happenings from the private bash at the Restaurante-Lounge IVY – which is normally closed on a Wednesday, but made an exception for the city’s hero.

From what he posted the shindig had it all – VIPs, cake, dancing and singing… Lots of singing.

Neymar himself arrived at gone 10pm, after team-mates including Luis Suarez, Lionel Messi, Andres Iniesta and Gerard Pique all turned up early at around 9pm.

After a gourmet dinner with some fine wine, the players moved on to cocktails… and it wasn’t long before they were up dancing and singing the night away.

Neymar got stuck into a batman cake for his birthday party in Barcelona

Neymar has been at Barcelona since 2013, racking up 168 appearances in all competitions, to go with 94 goals as he forms one of the fearsome MSN trio.

The two-time La Liga champion has also racked up 75 caps for Brazil, netting a superb 50 times… aged just 25.
