💔 BRONX TEEN’S FINAL MOMENTS CAUGHT ON CAMERA: 15-Year-Old Future Doctor Runs for His Life — Then His Father Reveals a Disturbing School Warning

🚨 HE CAME TO AMERICA TO BECOME A DOCTOR. JUST ONE YEAR LATER, A CAMERA CAPTURED HIM RUNNING FOR HIS LIFE. NOW HIS HEARTBROKEN FATHER IS ASKING WHETHER A WARNING FROM SCHOOL COULD HAVE PREVENTED THE tᩚraɢedy.

Fifteen-year-old Javits Badu Nkansah Frimpong had a dream.

He wanted to become a physician.

He wanted to make his family proud.

And when he moved from Ghana to New York in October 2025, his father believed America would offer him opportunities that could change his future.

But on the morning of October 29, 2026, Javits never made it to class.

Instead, surveillance footage captured the teenager desperately running through a Bronx neighborhood as a person dressed in black pursued him.

Moments later, Javits suffered a fatal gunshot wound.

Now, a 𝘴h☉𝔠king detail has emerged.

Just days before the incident, his father says the school contacted him about students who had been bullying his son.

And the tᩚraɢedy has become an international matter, with the government of Ghana demanding answers.

A Bright Student With a Dream of Becoming a Doctor

Javits had arrived in the United States approximately one year before the śh́óóting.

His father, Thomas Frimpong, had spent more than two decades living in America and hoped to provide his son with better educational opportunities.

Back in Ghana, Javits had been an excellent student.

According to his father, the teenager earned high grades and showed a strong interest in science.

Thomas hoped to find a school that could help his son pursue a medical career.

Javits enrolled at DreamYard Preparatory School in the Bronx.

Family members described him as quiet, intelligent, and reserved.

He generally kept to himself and preferred spending time at home.

His father remembered that when he returned from work, Javits would often come downstairs to open the door for him.

It was a small everyday gesture.

Now, it is one of the memories Thomas will never forget.

October 29: A Morning That Changed Everything

Shortly before 9:30 a.m. on Thursday, Javits was walking toward school through the Claremont section of the Bronx.

He was near East 171st Street and Crotona Place when the incident unfolded.

Surveillance video from the neighborhood shows Javits running down the street.

A person wearing dark clothing follows him.

Other footage appears to show additional masked individuals leaving the area.

Police later reported that Javits had suffered a gunshot wound to his abdomen.

Officers transported him to St. Barnabas Hospital.

Despite emergency medical efforts, the teenager did not survive.

He was just 15 years old.

The Surveillance Footage That Shocked the Community

The video has become one of the most disturbing elements of the investigation.

It shows Javits running as though desperately trying to escape danger.

Investigators are searching for three males believed to be approximately 16 to 18 years old.

They were reportedly wearing dark clothing and face coverings.

The footage has generated widespread attention, but it has not publicly established a complete sequence of events or the motive for the śh́óóting.

As of October 31, authorities had not announced any arrests.

For Javits’ family, the footage raises a painful question.

Why was their son being pursued on an ordinary school morning?

The Warning His Father Received Days Earlier

One of the most troubling details emerged when Thomas Frimpong spoke to reporters.

He said Javits had complained about being bullied at school.

According to Thomas, the principal contacted him approximately two or three days before the śh́óóting to explain that two students had been suspended following an altercation involving his son.

Thomas said school officials told him Javits had been defending himself.

A school bus attendant also told CBS New York that he was aware of students being suspended for bullying the teenager.

Those accounts have intensified concerns about whether the earlier conflict was connected to the fatal incident.

However, police have not established that the śh́óóting was retaliation for bullying.

The students reportedly suspended by the school have not been publicly identified by authorities as the attackers.

That distinction remains important while the investigation continues.

The Phone Call Every Parent Fears

For Thomas, the nightmare began when he learned that his son had been injured.

He rushed to the hospital, hoping Javits could be saved.

But the news was devastating.

The boy he had brought from Ghana in search of a brighter future was gone.

Thomas then faced another heartbreaking responsibility.

He had to contact Javits’ mother, Doris Adu Gyamfi, who remained in Ghana.

According to his account, she was overwhelmed by grief and struggled to accept what had happened.

The family that had once celebrated Javits’ opportunity to study in America was now mourning him across two continents.

Ghana’s Government Demands Justice

The case has attracted the attention of senior Ghanaian officials.

On October 30, Ghana’s Minister for Foreign Affairs, Samuel Okudzeto Ablakwa, spoke directly with Thomas Frimpong.

He expressed condolences and assured the family that Ghana would work with American authorities to seek justice.

Ghana’s Permanent Mission in New York also visited the family to offer support.

The following day, Ghana’s ambassador to the United States, Victor Emmanuel Smith, called for a thorough and impartial investigation.

He said the reported bullying should be examined carefully, including allegations that it may have involved racial discrimination.

The ambassador emphasized the importance of protecting children and ensuring that young people can pursue their education safely.

But Ghanaian officials did not claim that investigators had already established a racial or bullying-related motive.

Their demand was for the full circumstances to be investigated.

A Community Gathers to Remember Javits

As the investigation continued, neighbors, friends, and members of New York’s Ghanaian community gathered to mourn the teenager.

Candles were placed near the location of the śh́óóting.

Community members prayed for the family.

At one vigil, mourners released 15 balloons, representing the 15 years of Javits’ life.

Friends remembered a quiet teenager who did not seek attention or trouble.

His dєatᩚh also brought renewed concern about violence involving young people in New York City.

Parents and community leaders questioned how children could be protected while traveling to school.

For the Frimpong family, however, the loss was deeply personal.

They had not simply lost a student or a member of their community.

They had lost a son with dreams, ambitions, and a future he had barely
