Police have arrested a suspect in a diᩚadℓy śh́óóting that left a pregnant woman dead and six others injured inside a Spirit Halloween store in Northern California last week.
The Fairfield Police Department announced the arrest Monday, just days after gunfire erupted inside the seasonal Halloween retailer at Solano Town Center around 8:30 p.m. Friday, according to CBS.
Authorities have not yet released the suspect’s identity or details about the charges they may face.
The woman killed in the terrifying αttαᑕk was identified as 31-year-old Constance Hages, whose family told investigators she was pregnant at the time of her dєatᩚh.
Six other people were wounded in the śh́óóting, including a 19-year-old man who remained in ᑕriᩚtiᩚcal condition as of Sunday.
Three additional victims were still hospitalized in stable condition, according to authorities.
Investigators believe the diᩚadℓy violence stemmed from a targeted incident involving a suspect inside the store, rather than a random αttαᑕk.
However, police have not disclosed what may have sparked the gunfire or whether the victims knew the suspected šhσσtєr.
