Lindsay Clancy was scheduled to return to court on Tuesday for her first hearing following a reported mistrial.

The lone juror who voted to convict Lindsay Clancy says he did not have any reasonable doubt about the case.

Michael Desronvil sat for an interview with Fox News’ Kayleigh McEnany, his first interview since the high-profile trial ended in September.

Clancy’s murder trial ended in a mistrial on Sept. 4. This came as Judge William Sullivan made the declaration in  court after the jury could not reach a unanimous verdict following seven days of deliberations.

Since the conclusion of the trial, several jurors have come forward to say that they were split 11-1 in favor of a verdict of not guilty by lack of criminal responsibility.

In a clip from the interview, Desronvil tells McEnany that there were moments of tension during the week of deliberations with other jurors.

“There were moments that were tense,” Desronvil says. “There were moments that were tense as we were deliberating.”

He also affirmed that he did not have reasonable doubt, but declined to share specific evidence that left him convinced of Clancy’s guilt.

“I had a lot of evidence to back up my claim,” Desronvil says. “But, because out of respect of the other jurors and the court system, I will put that to sleep for now. Until, you know, they go through the process of, the court system.”

The full interview with Desronvil is set to air Thursday, Oct. 15, at 8 a.m. ET on Fox & Friends.

Clancy has never denied 𝘬iᩚlling her children — Cora, 5, Dawson, 3, and 8-month-old Callan — but has pleaded not guilty to murder charges due to lack of criminal responsibility, with her attorney Kevin Reddington arguing she was experiencing postpartum psychosis at the time and hearing a voice telling her to 𝘬iᩚll her children and herself.

The defense further claimed that Clancy, who attempted sᩚuᩚiᩚcide after the killings, had for months sought out psychiatric help for mєntal health issues following the birth of Callan.

Prosecutors sought to prove the killings were premeditated and that Clancy was not psycH๏τic at the time.

They have yet to announce whether they will retry the case.

Clancy remains held at a state psychiatric hospital on sᩚuᩚiᩚcide watch.
