Half-naked woman dumped outside NYC hospital was killed by botched butt lift from back-alley cosmetologist: cops

They tossed her booty in jail.

A fake cosmetologist was busted for allegedly 𝘬iᩚlling a Connecticut woman with botched butt injections — then dumping her at a hospital unconscious and naked from the waist down, law enforcement sources  said Thursday.

Alicia Leslie, 47, of Mount Vernon allegedly performed the back-alley silicone injections that caused Maxine Messam, 53, of Bridgeport to go into fatal cardiac arrest in February 2022, according to police.

Leslie was charged Friday with criminally negligent homicide after investigators found a text message exchange between Leslie and Messam planning to meet up in Yonkers to do the bootleg beauty procedure on Feb. 15, 2022, according to law enforcement sources.

After the dodgy derriere injections went south, Leslie and another woman allegedly dropped Messam off at Jacobi Medical Center pantsless with multiple inje𝔠ti☉n marks on her buttocks — then left in a van, the sources said.

Leslie and the other woman, who has not been charged, had allegedly claimed they found Messam in Woodlawn Cemetery in distress, cops said at the time.

Leslie was arraigned last Friday by Judge Pamela Goldsmith and granted supervised release.

Her rap sheet includes petit larceny in Midtown in 2000, along with two petit larceny charges in the 1990s.

She is due back in court Nov.  4.

At least a dozen people have died in recent years from illicit silicone injections, many of them butt injections — with federal agencies reporting a rise in fake practitioners in New York, Florida, and Texas California.

In 2017, an unlicensed cosmetologist took a plea deal for 𝘬iᩚlling a Queens mom with an illegal butt-enhancement inje𝔠ti☉n.

Tamira Mobley, 32, pleaded guilty to second-degree manslaughter, second-degree assault and the unauthorized practice of a profession in exchange for 1¹/₃ to four years in prison.

Lisa Fernandez, 47, of  Houston was also charged in 2021 with manslaughter for performing an unlicensed silicone butt inje𝔠ti☉n that killed 38-year-old Marja McClendon of St. Louis, Missouri,, officials said.

Last year, a California woman dubbed “the butt lady” was found guilty of murdering “Married … with Children” actress Cindyana Santangelo during a botched inje𝔠ti☉n session.
