Patrick Clancy and his wife Rachel Danis will open up for the first time since Lindsay Clancy’s mistrial on 60 Minutes Sept. 20.
atrick Clancy is speaking out about the connection he still holds with his and Lindsay Clancy’s late children.
“I talk to them,” Patrick told 60 Minutes in a preview clip of his highly anticipated Sept. 20 interview, his first since the murder case ended in a mistrial.
Asked what he says to Cora, 5, Dawson, 3, and Callan, 8 months, by correspondent Ross Douthat, Patrick responded, “‘Help me.’ All the time.”
Patrick will be joined by his wife, Rachel Danis, whom he married in April. More than three years earlier, Lindsay strangled their children, in their Duxbury, Mass., home before jumping out of a second-story window.

Lindsay’s attorneys argued that she had postpartum psychosis while the prosecution argued that Lindsay is criminally responsible for the deaths of her children.
The judge declared a mistrial Sept. 4 when the jury was deadlocked 11-1, choosing to find Lindsay not guilty by reason of insanity.
Patrick and Rachel have tried to live a private life in New York City, even as he testified about Lindsay’s mєntal health struggles and discovering his children in the basement.
Danis, a fertility doctor, did not participate in the trial and the CBS interview will be her first public statements about the case.
In the Sept. 17 preview posted to X, Danis greets the interviewer while Patrick takes a seat alongside her.
According to CBS, Patrick will discuss “his grief, his memories of his children, and the baseless conspiracy theories that flooded social media since his ex-wife’s murder trial.”

Earlier this month, Patrick’s attorney threatened legal action against “minor celebrities, so-called influencers and outright conspiracy theorists” who have spread online gossip about Patrick.
“Over the past months, Patrick Clancy and his family have been subjected to a relentless, escalating and destructive defamation campaign,” attorney Howard Cooper told CBS in a statement, while slamming “outright falsehoods that Patrick was somehow involved in the dєatᩚh of his young children and other vile claims.”
“Enough is enough,” he added. “This spread of blatant and baseless falsehoods must stop. Those responsible should understand that there will be consequences, and every appropriate measure will be pursued to hold them accountable, including legally. Law enforcement has been notified.”
