The child who Lindsay Clancy used the most force on had the worst ligature wounds, and the most prominent facial hemorrhaging was the same one she described as being the most difficult human she has ever encountered.

Critics say it’s interesting that the voice told Clancy to k*ll the child who gave her the most grief, and did it more violently than the other two.

Medical examiner testimony at Clancy’s triple m*rder trial showed 3-year-old Dawson Clancy had more facial swelling than Cora 5, and Callan 8-months.
He was bleeding in and around the eyes from the pressure of being strangled to de*th by his mother.
The medical examiner said Dawson struggled in his final moments, and Clancy used more pressure or force on him than the other two.

Clancy admitted to k*lling Dawson first.
She told forensic psychiatrists she took him down the basement stairs into her husband’s office and strangled him there, and then went back upstairs for Cora, then Callan.
She claimed she heard a male voice that told her it was her last chance to k*ll the children so she could k*ll herself.
She said the voice stopped after Callan was dead.

Prosecution experts, including FBI-affiliated forensic psychiatrist Dr. Gregory Saathoff, called her claim unusual: she heard the voice after she sent Patrick out of the house, it didn’t give any instructions, then vanished after she k*lled Callan.

In May 2021, when Dawson was 19-months, Clancy wrote that she was finding her 19 month old the most difficult human she had ever encountered, that she could not get through a day without becoming so frustrated with him.
Every ordinary task – crib, diaper, clothes, car seat, jacket, nap – was a battle, she wrote and had been since he was about 8 months old.
Dawson arrived at the Hospital without a pulse. He had a breathing tube and CPR was underway.
Staff worked on him for about 40 minutes, before he was declared dead at 7:28 p.m.
