SH0CKING NEW TWIST IN OHIO ‘HOUSE OF HORR0RS’ CASE: PREGN-ANCY RUMORS EXPLODE—BUT NEW COURT DOCUMENTS TELL A VERY DIFFERENT STORY

Alleged Ohio jail intake documents for Elizabeth Siders have raised questions about speculation that the mother of 16, facing multiple child endangerment charges, is expecting another child.
Siders, 34, was one of four adults taken into custody last month following a police search warrant executed after a tip regarding Elizabeth’s husband, Gary Siders Jr. , 36, allegedly exposing himself to neighbors on four separate occasions.
Officials say the family’s Hamden residence was discovered in appalling conditions. In an unexpected development, authorities also discovered 16 “almost feral” children, ranging in age from 18 months to 18 years old, allegedly confined to a feces-covered 12-foot-by-12-foot room.
Some were reportedly unable to speak, and multiple children required hospitalization for medical care, police said.
All four adults—Gary Siders Jr. , 36; Gary Siders, 73; Elizabeth Siders, 34; and Christina Siders, 67—were arrested on child endangerment charges and entered not guilty pleas. Each defendant’s bail was established at $300,000.

Speculation has emerged suggesting the mother of 16 may be pregnant once more, which legal experts observe could present a possible legal loophole.
An alleged copy of the mother’s jail intake documentation for Southeastern Ohio Regional Jail dated June 30, 2026, indicates that the mother of 16 marked “no” when asked whether she has any known medical or mental health concerns or if she is currently pregnant or postpartum.
The Daily Express US contacted Southeastern Ohio Regional Jail to confirm the authenticity of the document. Lt. Matt Zartman informed The Daily Express US that he was “unable to fulfill the public records request” due to a gag order imposed by the Common Pleas Court of Vinton County.

“The Common Pleas Court of Vinton County issued a gag order that ‘prohibits all parties to this action, any attorneys and respective staff connected with this case in any manner, all court personnel and any public official from disseminating information and/or commenting; discussing; or otherwise opining on the merits, defenses, facts, or any other matters relating to this case outside of the hearings in this matter and/or pleadings to be filed in this matter.’ Due to this gag order, we are unable to fulfill your public records request,” he stated in an email.
The speculation about a pregnancy was reinforced by Emmy-nominated television and true crime podcast host of Crime Fix with Angenette Levy.
“So, right now, it would appear that Elizabeth Ciders is actually pregnant with her 19th child,” she stated on her program.
Mark Weaver, a former Ohio deputy attorney general, shared his analysis of the circumstances. He noted, “There are special problems that arise with a pregnant inmate. They present a unique health problem that most rural jails are not equipped to handle.
“She may get bond on the basis alone,” he observed. “She’s obviously differently situated if, in fact, she is pregnant.”
The Daily Express US has been unable to independently verify claims that Siders is pregnant. She was just 15 years old when she welcomed her first child.
Elizabeth Siders, the mother of the children, wed their father, Gary Siders Jr. , at the age of 15, and all the children are the biological offspring of the couple, according to her attorney Thomas Stolly.

He described her as appearing “crying and exhausted” during their initial meeting. Recounting the encounter, he stated, “In fact, my client’s first question to me when I walked into the jail and introduced myself was about her kids. She asked if her children were OK, she asked if I knew where they were, and she asked when she’d be able to see them again.”
He noted that he was unable to provide answers to her questions, adding, “I thought it was telling that her first concern was not, ‘When can I get out of jail,’ but was ‘Are my children OK.’”.
