A NEIGHBOR HAS JUST DESCRIBED WHAT THEY SAW INSIDE OHIO’S “HOUSE OF HORR0RS”… AND THE CONDITION OF THE 16 CHILDREN IS LEAVING PEOPLE IN DISBELIEF

WARNING – DISTRESSING CONTENT: Ohio Attorney General Andy Wilson said the children nearly fell through the floor due to its dilapidated conditions, while their former neighbors allege the West Virignia home.

Sixteen children were found in a remote Ohio home described as being in “deplorable conditions”

The floor of a 12-foot-by-12-foot room in “deplorable conditions” where authorities found 16 “almost feral” children in a remote part of Ohio nearly collapsed from bacteria and human feces, according to Ohio Attorney General Andy Wilson.

Harrowing details continue to emerge around the horrific child abuse case that unfolded in recent weeks. Police officers unexpectedly found 16 children, ranging in age from 18-month-old twins to an 18-year-old female, living in a bacteria- and human feces-infested 12-feet-by-12-feet room inside a Hamden home in Vinton County while carrying out a search warrant.

The situation unfolded as authorities were conducting the search warrant in connection with alleged acts of public indecency committed by one of the four adults arrested and charged with numerous counts of child endangerment after the discovery.

Wilson shared harrowing details about the home’s condition during a press conference.

He described the home being in “conditions you cannot even imagine people being in, let alone children being in.” He branded the scene the worst he’s seen in his career, using descriptors such as “pure evil,” “third world” and “beyond comprehension.”

Vinton County Sheriff Ryan Cain described in detail the prominent presence of bacterial human feces in the 12-feet-by-12-feet room where all of the children were kept in for “most of the last four years.” He scoffed, “Most of the livestock was kept in better condition than the children.”

The Hamden home was described as being in “deplorable condition”

Wilson noted that the eldest children, an 18-year-old girl, couldn’t even spell her name, while others appeared unable to speak. He said, “[The children] looked like almost feral animals, it was terrible.”

He added that the children were “literally about to fall through the floor” given the dilapidated conditions. He revealed, “If they had waited 24 hours, there is a very high probability that we’d be dealing with a death, or multiple deaths, of these children.”

Sider’s former neighbor in Gallia County, Ohio, named Melissa, alleged to The Daily Mail that the family’s former abandoned home in Cheshire was similarly left in “horrible” conditions, including caved-in floors due to urine eroding the floorboards.

Now, all of the children have been put in foster care after receiving immediate medical attention and are slated to receive extensive treatment for physical and mental abuse after Ohio officials awarded Vinton County $1 million to take care of them. Wilson previously said, “Our role is one of support and leveraging our resources.”

The children’s parents and grandparents—Gary Siders, Sr., Christina Siders, Gary Siders, Jr. and Elizabeth Siders—pleaded not guilty to second-degree felony child endangerment and remain detained on $300,000 cash bonds. The defendants face up to 200 years in prison if convicted of the charges.

The father, Siders, Jr., also faces public indecency charges after allegedly exposing himself four times to neighbors in May, which led law enforcement to obtain a search warrant for his arrest. Wilson said, “These folks were pretty good at hiding these kids.”
