Man Utd sets the record straight, addressing Sancho’s escape from punishment.

Previously, coach Erik Ten Hag shared his thoughts at the press conference before the match against Copenhagen in the Champions League.

The Dutch coach mentioned the return of Sergio Reguilon but mistakenly thought it was Sancho.

Immediately, the Man Utd homepage said coach Ten Hag talked about Sergio Reguilon, not Sancho.

Thus, Sancho is still suspended internally because of the conflict with coach Ten Hag. Meanwhile, Sergio Reguilon can return at the reception against Copenhagen after 5 matches absent due to injury.

Man United hopes to receive an offer from Saudi Arabia. Back in the summer, Al-Ettifaq wanted to sign Sancho but the deal failed to materialize.

The Red Devils are only willing to accept a loan move with the condition of buying outright for £45 million. This prompted the Saudi Pro League giant to decline.

Borussia Dortmund and Juventus are also potential landing spots for Sancho.

The England international came off the bench in the first three games of the season, but was dropped in the loss to Arsenal. Coach Erik Ten Hag revealed that Sancho has a bad training attitude.

Immediately, the former Dortmund star criticized coach Ten Hag for lying. Sancho was immediately suspended indefinitely by the Old Trafford team for disciplinary reasons.

In recent weeks, it has been reported that an apology could bring Sancho back to the first team. However, that is no longer an option for the England player.
