Now, the forward is enjoying some time off and he has even been seen with Ivana Knoll in Ibiza.
The former Miss Croatia has amassed 3.3 million followers through her modelling work, as well as following the Croatian national team in some rather spectacular attire.
She caused a stir at the Nations League final, just as she’d done at the World Cup, showing her considerable beauty within the checkerboard aesthetic of her home country.
Now, she has been pictured with Manchester City’s goalscoring sensation, leading to speculation that the pair are set to engage in a romantic affair.
Haaland was merely on holiday in Ibiza
Whilst there has been no official confirmation of a romance between the pair, Haaland was enjoying the remainder of his holiday in Spain.
He has just one week left before returning to Manchester, at least that is what is being reported by The Daily Mail.
Whilst not in her usual red and white attire, Knoll was pictured in a sizzling yellow and green bralette, alongside the rather more casual Haaland, wearing an open-chested blue t-shirt with a popped collar that Eric Cantona would have been proud of.
Knoll was actually present at Haaland’s last competitive match at club level, the Champions League final in Istanbul.
Haaland’s jaunt with Ivana Knoll brought to an end his whirlwind holiday in Spain, which saw him spend time at his personal villa, as well as attending the wedding of teammate Aymeric Laporte.
