After the Manchester derby, Erling Haaland went to France to attend the 2023 Golden Ball award gala. He was accompanied by his model girlfriend Isabel Johansen. The striker born in 2000 received the Gerd Muller trophy, awarded to the top scorer of the 2022/23 season.
Haaland scored 56 goals in 57 matches for club and country last season, helping Man City win a historic treble. He surpassed Kylian Mbappe, Harry Kane and Lionel Messi to win the prestigious trophy.
But Haaland lost to Lionel Messi in the race to win the 2023 Golden Ball. After the award ceremony, the 23-year-old player was seen having dinner with model Isabel Johansen in the French capital. Isabel dazzled in a shimmery rose gold dress and heels while Haaland looked chic.
The couple met when they both played for Bryne in Norway in their youth. But even though they grew up together, it wasn’t until Haaland arrived in Dortmund that they started dating.
