At Man Utd, humility and teamwork always come first. The focus is on the collective success, not individual glory. Egos stay at the door.

Talking to Betfred, former striker Louis Saha made notable comments surrounding the English star.
Commenting on Marcus Rashford, Louis Saha said that this star needs to put in more effort on the field and show that he really cares about the team. The former Manchester United striker shared:

“When you are a striker with Rashford’s characteristics and qualities, you are asked a lot to be creative, disruptive and unpredictable.”

“I’m not asking Rashford to change his personality, but he is an icon for the fans and means a lot to them. They love Bruno Fernandes because he works so hard on the field, showing a feeling that he really cares about the team. But, the fans don’t see that level of emotion from Rashford, and that’s what they want to see.”

“Every player in the team needs to be supported, but there is no room for big egos at Manchester United. When I was playing for the club, if I didn’t do well I would be criticized by Gary Neville, Rio Ferdinand and Roy Keane and I would accept that. Because I know, they all want the best for the team.”
