Apparently, the soccer field isn’t the only place Neymar will slide.
Paraguayan Olympic swimmer Luana Alonso – who was allegedly removed from the Olympic Village for “inappropriate” behavior – previously revealed that the Brazilian soccer star slid into her DMs.
While speaking to radio show Aire de Todos in January, Alonso claimed, “He sent me a DM,” which was sent two years after Neymar reportedly reacted to one of her Instagram posts, per Fox Sports.
Alonso, 20, affirmed she’d been a longtime fan of Neymar for a handful of years prior to the exchange.

Brazilian soccer star, Neymar, supposedly slid into Luana Alonso’s DMs.
However, Alonso remained tight-lipped about the situation – not giving in to the host’s plea for additional information.
“That’s all I can say,” she said.
Luana Alonso denies any additional information regarding the DM.
“I cannot tell this here.”
Supposedly, Alonso didn’t initially see the message, telling the show it was “left on the request form.”
Alonso and Neymar don’t follow one another at the moment.
All of this is spiraling after she caught the eyes of many at the Paris Games last week due to an exit in the preliminary round of the women’s 100-meter butterfly.
Her performance sparked a bizarre retirement a day after her race – just weeks after she inked a tattoo of the event’s five rings on her right hip.
She told her 923,000 devoted followers of her retirement, “It’s official!”
Alonso had 254,000 followers before the Olympic Games in June, but her fan base has rapidly grown since.
Luana Alonso has gained over 669k Instagram followers since June.
“I’m retiring from swimming, thank you all so much for your support! Sorry Paraguay I just have to say thank you,” Alonso added in her note.
Larissa Schaerer, the head of the Paraguayan Olympic Committee, said in a statement that Alonso’s “presence is creating an inappropriate atmosphere within Team Paraguay.”
Schaerer’s statement played a role in her exile, but Alonso says it’s all “lies” and “false information.”
“I just wanted to clarify that I was never kicked out or expelled from anywhere, please stop spreading false information,” she wrote on Instagram following her departure, according to the Daily Beast.
“I don’t want to make any statement but I’m not going to let lies affect me either.”
