Manchester City made history once again as they became the first Premier League club to win the Premier League title for the 4th consecutive time. Pep Guardiola and the Man City players all celebrated the title at the Etihad Stadium with their fans after defeating West Ham United 3-1. The party didn’t stop there as after the celebration in the stadium, there was a title celebration party at a bar which included the star players of the squad like Jack Grealish, Erling Haaland, Rodri, and Kevin De Bruyne. Guardiola may not enjoy seeing the pictures after the party as the players looked very drunk after the party ended around 5 am. Guardiola was at the party as well, but it seems that he didn’t leave the party as late as players like Grealish, Haaland, and Rodri.

Although they deserved the celebrations, the season is not over for Manchester City players, which is why Guardiola may not like them wasted at the party. Man City will play this weekend at Wembley Stadium in the FA Cup Final against Manchester United. This would be a repeat from last year, as the Manchester derby was the FA Cup final last year, in which City won 2-1.

Manchester City won the league with 91 points this season after 38 games played. The record in the Premier League was 28 wins, seven draws, and three losses. Man City has not lost since last December in the Premier League against Aston Villa at Villa Park. Last season, Manchester City won the treble, but this season, they could complete the season with three trophies since they lifted the FIFA Club World Cup in December and have now lifted the Premier League trophy yesterday. Now, they hope to lift the FA Cup trophy for two years in a row.

How Manchester City reached the FA Cup Final

In the FA Cup quarterfinals, Man City defeated Newcastle United 2-0 at the Etihad Stadium with a brace from Bernardo Silva, which took place on March 16th. On April 20th, Man City defeated Chelsea 1-0 at Wembley Stadium thanks to a goal by Bernardo Silva again. Man City will now take on a Man United side that seems to have confidence after winning their last two Premier League matches against Brighton and Newcastle United.
