The current 2023/24 season is being the highest scoring season for Mbappé at club level: he has already registered 43 goals during the 43 games he has played, in addition to having put up 10 assists. These goal contributions have all across the season in Ligue 1, the Champions League and the French Cup games.
His two highest scoring campaigns were recorded in the 2020/21 and 2022/23 seasons, where he scored 42 and 41 goals respectively. At just 25 years of age, Mbappé is emerging as the best player in the world, in addition to the records that he breaks on a regular basis in either the navy of PSG or the royal blue of France.
Paris Saint Germain have 4 games left in Ligue 1, at least 2 more in the Champions League (3 if they reach the final) and the final of the French Cup (vs Lyon), meaning the French forward will be able to continue increasing his numbers in this historic season.
Next season? Well, that remains to be seen. As of yet, there has been no official confirmation of just where Kylian Mbappé might end up, with his name linked to various clubs across Europe who would all be salivating over the possibility of signing such a huge star with a ferocious future ahead of him.
