Mbappé is not only wanted by Real Madrid fans but also Real Madrid legends.
While Kylian Mbappé’s move to Real Madrid seems almost official, it has still yet to be confirmed. Mbappé leaving PSG has also not been confirmed by the player or by the French club, but there are many hints from PSG manager Luis Enrique and the attitude of the player seems to suggest that he will leave this summer. As these reports continue to go around, many Real Madrid fans are excited to see Mbappé playing at the Santiago Bernabeu next season along with other football stars like Vinicius Jr., Jude Bellingham, and Rodrygo. A Real Madrid legend is also excited to see the French star potentially join the club next season.
In an interview with Mail Sport, Ronaldo Nazario was asked about the potential Real Madrid summer signing, Mbappé. Ronaldo said, “We have to wait until it’s official before talking about it in detail, but everyone is excited about Kylian Mbappe in Madrid. I think it’s a very good choice for him if he joins Madrid. I think he will finally get the Ballon d’Or if he joins Real.”
Ronaldo joined Real Madrid in 2002, and the ‘Galacticos’ was formed. Real Madrid had many superstars in their squad, including Ronaldo. They also had Zinedine Zidane, Luis Figo, David Beckham, Robinho, Michael Owen, and Sergio Ramos. Guti, Raul, and Fernando Hierro were also a part of the stacked squad. Ronaldo wants something similar to happen to this current squad. Ronaldo said, “I hope we can see all of those players together in the one club. It will remind me of the Galacticos if they all [Haaland, Mbappe, and Bellingham] do end up at Real Madrid. But I think Haaland is happy at City at the moment.”
Ronaldo says Bellingham reminds him of Zidane
Ronaldo mentioned being a Jude Bellingham fan and making a bold statement. Ronaldo said, “I was watching a few matches at the Bernabéu, and I was looking for Bellingham. He reminds me a little bit of Zidane. I love to watch him play.”
