Brazil stars Neymar and Gabriel Jesus show off matching tattoos as they gun for gold in Rio

BRAZILIAN duo Neymar and Gabriel Jesus are very much alike in more ways than one.

Not only do the pair have similar upbringings coming from Sao Paulo, they both have the same outlook on football with the ability to turn defenders inside out and score magical goals out of nothing.

And it seems the Samba stars also have the same taste in tattoos after Neymar showed off their matching ink on Instagram.

The Barcelona forward showed off his impressive tattoo on his left calf last December of a young Brazilian boy wearing a cap, staring up at Sao Paulo’s favela slums, dreaming one day of owning a house, becoming a football and winning the Champions League.

Jesus was obviously impressed with Neymar’s tat and requested an almost identical ink from tattooist Miguel Bohigues on his forearm.

The 19-year-old exciting forward ironically touted as ‘the next Neymar’ looks set to sign for Manchester City after the Olympics.

Neymar had tried to persuade his international compatriot to join him at the Spanish giants but the Palmeiras forward can’t resist playing under City boss Pep Guardiola.

Manchester City hope to finalise the deal in the coming days but will have to wait until after the Olympics to see the exciting talent playing at the Etihad.
