Journalist Tomas Gonzalez-Martin via El Debate said striker Kylian Mbappe wants to move to Real Madrid. Gonzalez-Martin further revealed that the French player must complete the contract with Real Madrid from January, however, a potential obstacle lies in his mother’s delay in making a decision.
The report says that if he had a professional agent guiding his career, he would now be part of Real Madrid and would not renew his contract with PSG. However, his mother, Fayza Lamari, intervened and took on the role of his representative and made him continue to stay at PSG.
Now, Mbappe knows that summer 2024 is an extremely rare opportunity for him to play for Real Madrid, mainly because the White Vultures will turn to Haaland if Mbappe keeps delaying his decision.
Previously, it was known that PSG had offered a new contract. That offer was at 1 billion euros over a three-year period, but Mbappe refused. Several teams in Saudi Arabia also wanted Mbappe but no negotiations were successful.
