According to The Real Deal, this home boasts an area of around 3,200 square meters, two 51-meter docks, a beachfront swimming pool, gym and spa, and an Italian-designed kitchen.It features nine rooms, including the main suite, where Messi and his wife stay, being 500 square meters.

Other features include 9 bathrooms and a 3-car garage.The home, which was built in 1988 and refurbished in 2000, is located in Fort Lauderdale, about five miles from DRV PNK Stadium and Inter Miami’s training facilities.This spectacular home was purchased by John and Stacy Dickerson for $9 million in May of last year, representing a 20% profit in 16 months.

Last August, Spanish midfielder Sergio Busquets, who shared a locker room with Messi at Inter Miami, paid $8.7 million for a beachfront property in Broward County.Busi’s home is 660 square meters in size, with seven bedrooms, six bathrooms, and a three-car garage.

Messi’s family spent their time in selecting a suitable villa for their property in the United States.They went on multiple travels, which were documented by paparazzi cameras.They last visited a block of property in Boca Raton, a region 25 minutes by vehicle from Inter Miami’s stadium, more than a month ago.It is a contemporary mansion with two storeys and a huge patio, surrounded by palm trees and close to another house that is being built.
