Adalia Rose is a 13-year-old fighter who has managed to inspire people all over the world. When she was born, she was diagnosed with progeria, a genetic disorder characterized by premature aging.
The main symptoms of Progeria are loss of hair and body fat, joint problems, and delayed growth. People with Progeria have a life expectancy of between 13 and 20 years.
But this has not stopped sweet Adalia for a moment. She has become a real celebrity. Thousands of people follow her through her social networks where she shares her day-to-day life and helps raise awareness about her fugitive condition.
Adalia has more than 300,000 followers on her Instagram account.
Famous designer Michael Costello met her and was deeply inspired by her jovial attitude and her Ƅonite way of ʋer la ʋida. Her impact was such that he decided to give her a beautiful surprise by making a couple of dresses especially for her.
She “told me that she adored J.Lo and would wear anything that was bright and fun. There was no question that she was a Costello girl.”
Costello first gained fame through Project Runway and has been known for “celebrity stretching” ever since. Adalia has always been a great admirer of his work and when she found out that the designer would be in her city, she decided to meet him and it didn’t take long for them to become very good friends.

Costello had never met someone quite like Adalia, but after spending a few minutes with her, he realized that she was just like any other 13-year-old girl and that she wanted to look and feel like a princess.
