A CHILLING new video of the mom accused in the Ohio house of horrors case appears to show a mysterious mark wrapped around her arm as she cowers in a jail interrogation room.

The strange line can be seen after Elizabeth Siders was arrested over claims that 16 children were allegedly kept in squalid conditions likened to those for “feral animals.”

Newly released surveillance footage shows Siders, 33, sitting alone in a plastic chair in an orange jail jumpsuit as deputies question her inside the Southeastern Ohio Regional Jail after her June 30 arrest.

As she sits with her head lowered and hands resting in her lap, a long, thin mark appears to be visible around her left arm.

It could instead be a bruise, scratch, cut or even a tattoo, although that remains purely speculative.

Earlier in the footage, Elizabeth is escorted into the jail by two female deputies after arriving with three other members of the Siders family.

She appears visibly shaken during the booking process, hunching over while tightly gripping her left forearm with her right hand as deputies search her.

Unlike the other adults arrested that day, Elizabeth was not seen wearing handcuffs or ankle shackles.

The footage also shows Gary Siders Sr., 73, struggling to climb out of a Vinton County Sheriff’s Office van before deputies place him in a wheelchair.

Gary Siders Jr., 36, is then seen leaving the vehicle handcuffed and shackled at the ankles, followed by Christina Siders, 66, who is also in restraints.

The surveillance video contains no audio, so it is unclear what deputies were asking each suspect as they were questioned separately.

All four family members have pleaded not guilty to 16 counts of felony child endangerment.

The arrests came after Vinton County Sheriff’s deputies executed a warrant for Gary Jr.’s arrest on unrelated indecency charges linked to several incidents in May.

Instead, officers said they uncovered what investigators have described as one of the most disturbing child neglect cases they had ever seen inside a home in Hamden, Ohio.

Sheriff Ryan Cain said deputies had no idea 16 children were living inside the single-family property.

He said the youngsters appeared almost like “feral animals,” adding: “Our livestock was kept in better conditions.”

“It was just a disgusting scene,” he said.

Ohio Attorney General Andy Wilson also condemned what investigators found.

“It really looked third world. It’s the type of thing that we’re not used to seeing here in America,” he said.

“[It’s] almost indescribable.”

Wilson said authorities believe the children had been confined to a cramped 12-by-12-foot room for “most of the last four years.”

He added the home was in such poor condition the children were “literally about to fall through the floor.”

“One of the worst environments that I’ve seen in my career.”

Since the arrests, records have revealed Elizabeth and Gary Jr. are the parents of all 16 children.

The pair married in Mason County, West Virginia, in March 2008.

Elizabeth was 15 years old and Gary Jr. was 18 at the time, with a judge approving the marriage after her parents gave consent under state law as it stood then.

Just two months later, Elizabeth gave birth to the couple’s first child.

Elizabeth, Christina and Gary Jr. remain jailed on $300,000 bond each.

Gary Sr. was released from custody and taken to hospital because of his deteriorating health after prosecutors warned the cost of his medical care could have bankrupted Vinton County.

Gary Jr. is due back in court on Thursday for a hearing relating to the separate indecency charges.
