Brazilian star Neymar is currently playing in Saudi Arabia for Al-Hilal. However, as reported by journalist Gerard Romero, he wishes to leave the team.
The footballer has once again considered the possibility of returning to Barcelona and even offered himself to the Catalan club. The “Blaugrana” are still in search of a winger, which led Neymar to believe he might have a chance to return. However, Barcelona’s head coach, Hansi Flick, is not particularly enthusiastic about this option.
Moreover, after Barcelona failed to sign Nico Williams, the club began considering Federico Chiesa from Juventus and Rafael Leão from Milan as potential candidates. The latter option seems unlikely.
As we recently reported, despite İlkay Gündoğan and Vitor Roque leaving the Catalan club, the registration of Olmo remains complicated. Barcelona needs to free up additional roster spots in the coming days to register the Spanish midfielder.
Another player Barcelona is willing to sell is central defender Andreas Christensen. The club is reportedly asking potential buyers for €25 million for Christensen.
