As it turns out Real Madrid manager Carlo Ancelotti afte his side’s 2-1 loss to Barcelona in the Pre-Season friendly in their US Tour has revealed when Kylian Mbappe will make his official Real Madrid debut.
Why is Kylian Mbappe not playing for Real Madrid in pre-season?
Real Madrid have started their pre-season campaign in USA with two losses in a row to AC Milan and FC Barcelona in the El Clasico. Kylian Mbappe was missing from action in both these games.
Kylian Mbappe as it turns out is yet to join Real Madrid’s training camp in pre-season. It is because of his involvement in the Euro 2024 semi-final with France last month. He is currently on vacation and is expected to join the camp on 7th August alongside Jude Bellingham.
Carlo Ancelotti reveals when Kylian Mbappe will make his Real Madrid debut
After Real Madrid’s pre-season defeat to Barcelona, Carlo Ancelotti addressed the press and said that he isn’t concerned about it because his stars are yet to play.
Carlo Ancelotti when asked about when will Kylian Mbappe make his debut for Real Madrid revealed that the Frenchmen can start as soon as the UEFA Supercup.
This means Kylian Mbappe will be making his official debut for Real Madrid when they face Atalanta FC in the finals of UEFA Super Cup on 14th August.
