Kylian Mbappé already helps Vinicius Jr. but outside of football.
Many Real Madrid fans are excited to see their new player, Kylian Mbappe, play for them on the pitch. The French attacker is one of the best players in the world, and the fans want to see him play next to some of the other best players in the world who are in Real Madrid. The fans are very excited to see Mbappé play with Vinicius Jr., and despite not playing together yet, the French star already gave the Brazilian a great assist.
Vinicius Jr. held a charity auction last night in which was for children in need. The Brazilian footballer counted on his Real Madrid teammates to help with the auction by offering certain items that many people would like to pay for. Eduardo Camavinga and Ferland Mendy attended the event, while players who couldn’t go sent in items for bidders.
Kylian Mbappé offered a signed shirt of his for Vinicius Jr’s institution event to raise funds. The French player made a great gesture, but a funny reveal occurred: Camavinga meant to bring the jersey to the event but forgot it in France. Vinicius Jr. said, “We have a signed Mbappé shirt, my new teammate, but Camavinga forgot it at home in France.”
Another player who helped Vinicius Jr. last night was Jude Bellingham. The English midfielder signed and donated the pair of shoes he wore in last season’s Champions League Semi-final to Vinicius Jr’s institution event. Luka Modric also signed a shirt and sent it for the event, which is for a great cause.
According to COPE, Vinicius Jr. raised over $900k last night from his charity auction of football-related items. The Brazilian winger is known to help out the kids in Brazil in donations and in other foundations. The gestures of the rest of the Real Madrid players show not only kindness but also the strong bond the squad has within the group.
