Neymar has shown his humble side for many years, especially when it comes to his people in Brazil. The Brazilian star has been having a lot of free time since he suffered an ACL injury that has kept him out of the football pitch for more than seven months now. Neymar runs the Neymar Benefit Institute Auction, and this year, it is the 4th edition of the special auction that helps many people. Last year, Neymar’s auction raised more than $543,000 for inclusive activities for children and young people. This year, the Brazilian star plans to auction a very rare watch, the Hublot King Power Big Bang Miami 305. The watch is in rose gold, and it is worth over $14k. It is a very rare watch that only 50 people in the world own. The watch repeatedly has a blue alligator leather strap and is water resistant up to 100 meters.
Neymar acquired the watch from a famous announcer and journalist, Fausto Silva, who is popularly known as Faustao. Jeweler Pedro Yosef gave Neymar a gold boot for the auction, and the Brazilian star will have celebrities performing at the event, like Deborah Secco, Ana Paula Seibert Justus, Sabrina Sato, and Tom Cavalcante.
Neymar promoted his auction in April, and the event will take place on June 3rd, which is next week. Neymar explained the details in a short video on his social media pages as he wrote, “Here comes the 4th edition of the “Neymar Jr Institute Auction”!! Write it down: June 3, 2024, at Clube Monte Virgínia, in São Paulo.”
Neymar’s recent act of kindness for Brazil
Earlier this month, the floods in Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil, were a serious situation for many Brazilian people. Neymar encouraged many people to help out with donations, and he personally sent supplies for the victims who needed them. Neymar posted the images of the large amounts of supplies from his private jet and wrote, “It’s a delicate moment that our Brazil is going through, and helping is NEVER too much, regardless of your financial condition, what matters is what you carry in your heart. I don’t like it and I don’t like posting everything I do or help, because whoever does it… does it from the heart and not out of engagement. So, this post is to encourage people to help even more. I would like to thank my aircraft pilots and everyone involved.”
