Issues during what seems to be his final season at PSG don’t seem to be stopping for Kylian Mbappe. The superstar is doing his best to take PSG to their much-anticipated maiden UEFA Champions League title. However, the player is dealing with an off-field conflict with a YouTuber for a bizarre reason, involving the superstar’s name attached to a kebab! Reports suggest that despite being sent a letter by Mbappe’s lawyer, the social media personality is still pursuing the matter, recalling the World Cup winner’s harsh moments with Lionel Messi and Neymar.
Mohamed Henni, a popular YouTuber cannot stop his rebellion against his country’s soccer captain. He named one of his products after Mbappe in his shop, but that seems to have backfired. In an interview with TPMP, he said, “He doesn’t want to be associated with any brand or player. When he’s with Messi or Neymar, he sulks. At some point, if you want to play on your own, go play tennis or golf,” calling out the star’s demeanor, as compiled by Le10Sport.
Earlier, Mbappe was deemed selfish by fans after there were claims of him not maintaining a good rapport with Messi and Neymar. It was initially reported that he was unhappy with the lack of freedom on the pitch after the Argentine’s arrival. Additionally, the Frenchman was also ignored by Neymar for Messi in a training session.
On the other hand, Lionel Messi and Kylian Mbappe have come clear with their relationship, claiming it to be good. Mbappe later also claimed that he missed playing with the Argentine and felt that Messi was treated badly in Paris. However, the YouTuber cited the past to call out the Paris striker after Mbappe decided to take action against him.
Kylian Mbappe filed a case against Mohamed Henni- what exactly happened?
The YouTuber hails from Marseille, runs a kebab shop in France, and titled an item ‘Bakery bread, as round as Mbappe’s head.’ Seemingly annoyed, the France captain’s lawyer, Delphine Verheyden sent a legal notice to Henni, saying that he “uses Kylian Mbappe’s name for commercial and promotional ends” without taking permission from the icon. However, Henni has now justified his action by saying, “We like to eat our pizza in front of the match, he’s got to stop pissing us off Mbappé. He’s got to stop making people feel guilty,” just like before.
The adamant Olympique Marseille fan, after receiving the notice, slammed Mbappe saying he shouldn’t care about such small things. Furthermore, he reportedly felt that the 2018 World Cup winner was using his money to attack him, despite the YouTuber doing it for humor.
Nonetheless, the PSG star has not publicly reacted yet and only time will reveal the course of the matter.
