These Men Are Overjoyed That They Found This Dog Whose Mouth Was Taped Shut
Carlos Carrillo, a plumbing technician, and his colleague were having a routine Friday until they were summoned to save the life of a dog that had been abandoned by someone who had no regard for animals.
The two Shoreline Plumbing employees were driving to a job in Robstown, Texas, when they noticed an unusual figure in a ditch off the country road they were on. Unsure of what they had just observed, they decided to pull over and investigate more.
“We didn’t know he was a dog at first,” Carrillo told The Dodo. “When we turned around, we spotted him.”
They discovered the dog in a poor state right away; he was duct-taped shut and his mouth was wrapped with tubing.

‘He appeared to be in good health,’ Carrillo said. “He was pleasant and enjoyed the additional attention.” Given his brief visit, it’s possible that he’ll be back soon.”
When they were finished, the plumbers drove the puppy to Peewee’s Pet Adoption, where they dropped it off. Despite his trauma, the dog was grateful to the good humans who had stopped to help him.
Following his voyage, the dog was discovered to have heartworms, thus treatment will be required as long as he remains healthy. He seemed to be pleased with just being alive most of the time.
According to a shelter representative, the dog’s tail “won’t stop wagging.” “What a sweetheart,” I said
