The future of striker Kylian Mbappe is becoming a hotly discussed topic. He only has a contract with the French team until this summer, but PSG could not successfully convince the player born in 1998 to renew.
Mbappe is said to want to leave PSG to join Real Madrid. Currently, the French team is still courting the French player with a super contract. Recently, coach Luis Enrique has revealed about Mbappe’s future, he said:
“Mbappe is about to make a final decision, I think it will be at the end of this month. He did not share anything with me and I did not give any influence to him. Of course, we hope Mbappe will stay, he is very important to the team.
He knows how much we want to keep him, and so do the fans. I don’t know what he will decide, no matter what choice he makes, I still respect it. Mbappe is very professional, he does not let the future affect his performance. I am very satisfied with what he showed.”
This season, Mbappe is still PSG’s main striker when the French star scored 28 goals in 27 appearances in all competitions, making a great contribution to helping the Paris team take the lead in Ligue 1, as well as enter Ligue 1. Champions League round of 1/8.
