MGM’s supercomputer has repeatedly predicted positions on the Premier League rankings over the seasons. Recently, this computer just made predictions about the rankings of teams in the English Premier League.
Accordingly, Man City was chosen as the Premier League champion for the fourth consecutive time, surpassing rivals such as Liverpool or Arsenal even though this team is not currently leading. The Citizens’ championship rate is predicted by the supercomputer to be about 55.2%.
Ranked second in terms of chance of winning the Premier League this season according to the supercomputer is Liverpool with 27.3% chance of winning. Meanwhile, Arsenal ranked third with 15.3%.
In terms of chances of participating in the Champions League (in the top 4), Aston Villa is ranked first with 65.8%. Tottenham is next with 30.5% probability. An unhappy number for Man Utd fans when their favorite team is only rated by a supercomputer as having a 2% chance of participating in the Champions League next season, even behind teams like West Ham. or Brighton.
Meanwhile, predictions on the European front are that Man City is said to have a 30% chance of successfully defending the Champions League championship. Liverpool has a 45% chance of reaching the Europa League final and a 30% chance of winning the championship.
