The market value of Norwegian player Erling Haaland is estimated by Transfermarkt to be £156 million.
The 23-year-old has followed up his impressive debut last season (breaking the league’s scoring record), with 14 goals in 15 matches this season.
Behind him is Bukayo Saka of Arsenal with a market value of 104 million pounds. Despite dealing with persistent injuries throughout the season, the winger was remarkably productive, scoring five goals and providing seven assists in the competition.
Next up is the trio of Declan Rice, Rodri and Phil Foden, all of whom are valued at £95m. Rice has brought change to Mikel Arteta’s side, while Rodri could be City’s most important player.
Gunners captain Martin Odegaard joins Julien Alvarez with a valuation of £78m, a £10m increase on the Argentine’s last estimate.
Unsurprisingly, the defenders are among the cheapest members of the squad with Josko Gvardiol and Ruben Dias costing £69m, while William Saliba is valued at £65m.
Perhaps the most shocking thing was in goal, where Man United goalkeeper Andre Onana towered over goalkeepers such as Alisson, Ederson, David Raya or even Guglielmo Vicario. The Cameroonian is valued at £35m and completes a star-studded squad.
