It was two years ago when Rimowa’s Never Still 3 campaign hit the internet. Rihanna alongside Patti Smith, LeBron James, and Roger Federer fronted the visuals and shared their perspective on travel. Back then, the pandemic was still in tow and everyone had to rethink the way they travelled.
A lot has changed since then.
This time around, the brand has launched its latest brand campaign Never Still 4. The fourth chapter of the Never Still campaign brings to life the inspiring stories of a new set of global icons, lensing travel not just as a means for personal advancement but also a catalyst for inner transformation.
The line-up for the latest iteration of the campaign is a star-studded one: global superstar Rosé, seven-time F1 champion Sir Lewis Hamilton, and football prodigy Kylian Mbappé.
Blackpink’s Rosé speaks on a purposeful travel and the meaning of home, sharing “Travel allowed me to expand my meaning of home. As traveling has become an essential part of my life, I’ve realised that home has become more of a state of mind than a specific place. It’s a collection of memories, experiences and people that provide a sense of belonging.”
For world class athlete Lewis Hamilton who has spent years traveling around the world for his races, he continues to remain inspired by the places he visits and people he meets. “I have spent my whole career traveling the world, and those experiences have shaped who I am as both a driver, and a human. It was only through seeing new places and perspectives that I really learned to challenge my way of thinking, and to embrace the endless possibilities that the world holds. Home is where I reflect, but it’s through travel that I’m truly inspired.”
And for the French professional footballer Kylian Mbappé, travel opens up his perspective. He shares, ”When you travel, you see different types of lives, and you learn a lot. I crossed paths with amazing people that I never thought I would meet in my life.”
