Kylian Mbappé is not going through his best time at PSG.
Kylian Mbappé rejected Real Madrid again and now karma hits him
It is no secret that Real Madrid has been trying to sign Kylian Mbappé for three consecutive years, failing each year. This summer, it seemed that the French forward was finally going to leave Paris Saint-Germain to fulfill his dream of playing for Real Madrid, however, a final twist at the end of the summer made the forward stay with the Parisians, rejecting once again the offer of the Spanish club.
Now, after having stayed with Paris Saint-Germain, the Frenchman is not having a good time. In fact, a couple of days ago they tied against Clermont, last place in Ligue 1. The club’s signings seem to have not gotten off to a good start, since neither Ousmane Dembele nor Goncalo Ramos have managed to make a difference for the club. Now, Paris Saint-Germain is in fifth place in Ligue 1, with 12 points out of a possible 21, just over 50%.
Furthermore, as if that were not enough, the signing that did come to Real Madrid is now the new star of the white team, and has won the hearts of all Madrid fans. Joselu Mato, The Galician striker’s records are exceptional and have nothing to envy of Kylian Mbappé. Joselu has scored four goals and provided two assists in nine games with Real Madrid, the club of his life.
If we add the penalties and the assists of each one, and remove the penalties, Joselu Mato has the same goals as Kylian Mbappé (6). It is worth remembering that Real Madrid did not pay a single euro for the signing of Joselu, since the player arrived on loan from Espanyol and his stay at the white club is not yet guaranteed. Joselu’s presence has acquired relevance in the Italian coach’s scheme, and he is deservedly earning the title. Furthermore, the merengue striker has achieved these figures with fewer minutes compared to Mbappé and Kane.
Real Madrid’s next match:
After beating Girona in La Liga and securing the first place of the competition, Real Madrid now faces a much tougher challenge. UEFA Champions League is back, and Real Madrid will have to travel to Italy to face Napoli, this tuesday.
