Kylian Mbappe’s future is still on the air
Kylian Mbappe
Kylian Mbappe’s future continues to be a subject of speculation, as there hasn’t been a definitive confirmation on whether he will stay at Paris Saint-Germain or join another team in the future. While some media outlets had suggested that Mbappe would remain at PSG for at least one more season, no official confirmation has been provided by either the club or the player, keeping the uncertainty around his situation.
At the beginning of the transfer window, it was reported that Mbappe had informed PSG of his intention not to renew his contract and to seek a free transfer once his contract expires.
This led to his separation from the first team and his exclusion from the preseason in Japan under Luis Enrique’s management.
However, in recent days, it seems that the relationship between the club and the player has improved. Mbappe returned to the starting lineup in the match against Lens and scored a brace in his return to the Parc des Princes. Although outlets like L’Equipe reported that PSG had presented two options to Mbappe: The first one is to renew his contract until 2025 and the second one is to negotiate a new deal. However, no decision has yet been confirmed.
Mbappe’s secret message
Just recently, Mbappe shared a song on his Instagram story that could carry a hidden message. The song “Special” by singer Dave includes a line that mentions: I’m a top boy, expensive signing like Moises Caicedo in London.” Moreover, the post was alongside with an emoji bomb and another emojis representing two hands closing a deal. It’s not clear what this post might signify. According to reports from MARCA, Real Madrid has no plans to make any moves for Mbappe in this transfer window.
