It’s been dubbed Bavaria’s Beverly Hills because to its lavish residences and high-end eateries, and it could soon be the Kane family’s new home.
Harry and Kate, who have just delivered their fourth child, Henry, are said to be looking for residences and schools in Grünwald, Munich, where mansions may cost up to £18 million.

Grünwald, which translates as “green forest,” is a picture-perfect setting with beautiful woodland walks, an elite golf course, and lots of lush restaurants nearby that serve caviar for £450 per person.
It’s also a popular hangout for several of Harry’s new Bayern Munich teammates, following his £104 million move from Tottenham Hotspur earlier this month.
£10k per night hotel
Harry has been staying at Vier Jahreszeiten Kempinski, one of Munich’s most prominent and premium hotels, while looking for a new place to live.
The five-star resort on Maximillian Strasse is popular with celebrities and footballers, and staying in one of their suites costs £10,000 per night.
Kane’s suite is said to have a separate living area, two bathrooms outfitted with sumptuous Carrara marble, silk draperies, six televisions, and a variety of designer furniture.
The hotel features a luxurious spa, three award-winning restaurants, and a rooftop pool with views of Munich.

£18m mansions
Grünwald, located 7.5 miles (km) southwest of central Munich, is a popular destination for Bayern players because it is only a 15-minute drive from the club’s training grounds.
The remote and tranquil town dubbed as “Bavarian Hollywood” is Germany’s wealthiest municipality and, consequently, has a high cost of living.
Bayern is said to have already located a home for the Kanes, should they choose to live there, and local estate brokers have revealed what they may pay.
A source told MailOnline: “Grünwald is the Bavarian Beverly Hills. It’s the home of the rich and famous and offers the very best in luxury mansions.

“I can assure you that the Kane family will be in one of them and will enjoy their new life here.”
According to the source, the family would relocate into a -bed property with indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a wine cellar, a home theater, and a wellness room.
If that doesn’t work, the Kanes have a number of other high-end properties to examine.
The Meleven development, at the upper end, is advertised online as “an art lover’s home” and is listed for a stunning £18 million.
The eight-bedroom estate boasts its own “small sandy beach,” amazing views of the Liscia di Vacca bay, and stunning interiors with floor-to-ceiling glass.
There’s also ex-Bayern defender Jerome Boateng’s palatial property, which has 10 bedrooms, a heated swimming pool, and a well-stocked wine cellar.
The home is on the market for £10 million, according to Bild, despite being purchased for £6.4 million in 2016.
A £7.6 million Bauhaus villa with a home cinema, sauna, jacuzzi, and extensive gardens is also on the market.
There’s also a six-bedroom villa on the market for £5.5 million, which includes open fireplaces, an indoor pool, sauna, and spa.
£450 caviar & sushi pick ‘n’ mix
The neighborhood is brimming with fancy restaurants, and staff claim that current and former Bayern stars frequent them.
Chang, a Michelin-starred Asian restaurant, offers pick ‘n’ mix style sushi for £100, caviar for £450, and ribeye steak for £40.
H’ugo’s, another Bayern star destination, specializes in truffle pizza and spaghetti.
However, if Kane desires more traditional Bavarian fare, such as pig knuckle and schnitzel, he may find it at Alter Wirt and Forsthaus Wornbrunn.
According to MailOnline, the average price of a meal is £50 per person, a litre of beer is close to £10, and snacks are close to £10.
Aside from upmarket restaurants, Grünwald is but a short distance away from the celebrations for Oktoberfest, which take place in central Munich.
The 16-day festival brings in more than six million visitors to the city every year including an array of Bayern stars.
In recent years, the team has donned traditional Lederhosen alongside their wives and girlfriend to lap up the Bavarian spirit.
Celeb pals
Grünwald is home to 11,000 people, including a lot of former and current Bayern Munich players and their glamorous partners.
Alphonso Davies, Matthijs de Ligt, Eric Maxim Choupo-Moting, Benjamin Pavard, and Leroy Sane are among the current residents.
And Harry’s wife might easily find herself a new group of WAG pals, including professional handball star Anika Bissel, 22.
She is the girlfriend of Bayern Munich goalkeeper Manuel Peter Neuer, and they may share a passion for sports.
There’s also Leroy Sane’s wife Candice Brook, a US model, TV personality, and singer, and Leon Goretzka’s partner Mathea Fischer.

She may also befriend Lisa Muller, who has been married to Thomas for many years and enjoys horses.
Kate will be able to indulge herself at the nearby Bel Hair and Spa whenever she feels the need.
It’s a favourite Bayern WAGs hangout, with a wash, cut, and blow dry for £50 and a variety of cosmetic treatments beginning at £300.
When Harry isn’t exercising or enjoying the area’s gorgeous treks, he can visit the private Munchener Golf Club.
£975-per week schools
There are plenty of International schools for the Kanes to choose from for their new little one, including the International Preschool Munich, which has fees of up to £975 per week.
The Bavarian International School in Munich-Schwabing describes itself as the “school of the future, today”.
The website continues: “Top international teachers there make learning fun and joyful for the 250 children from over 30 nations.”
There’s also the Munich International School, which would set them back £7,500 a year.
And should Harry’s children wish to follow in his footsteps by playing football, German legend Lothar Matthaus coaches the youth teams at local club TSV Grünwald.
