Ronaldo scored two goals to assist Al Nassr win the championship, although he later had to leave the game due to an injury.

Cristiano Ronaldo shone with a brace to help Al-Nassr beat Al-Hilal 2-1 in the Arab Champions Cup final.

The final took place at King Fahd Stadium, with an attractive double performance between the two teams. Al-Hilal opened the score 1-0 in the 51st minute thanks to midfielder Michael.

Things were even more difficult for Ronaldo and Al-Nassr, when midfielder Abdulelah Al-Amri received a red card and left the field in the 71st minute.

But only 3 minutes after being lost,  Al-Nassr  had an equalizer due to Ronaldo’s attack with a close-range ball into an empty net, after a pass as if placed on the right wing of his teammates.

Draw 1-1 after 90 minutes, the two teams have to play 30 minutes of extra time. In the 98th minute, Ronaldo shined again with a header that sealed a 2-1 victory.

But then Ronaldo made everyone worry when he was injured and was taken to the field by a medical car in the 115th minute. Fortunately, things were not too bad, Ronaldo then celebrated the championship with his teammates.

With Ronaldo, he had 6 goals and won the title of “Top scorer” in the Arab Club Champions Cup 2023. At the same time, he brought the total number of goals he scored for Al-Nassr to 21.

In addition, Ronaldo also had his first title with Al-Nassr, since moving to  Saudi Arabia  in December 2022, with the contract considered “the largest in history”, with a salary of 200 million euros per season.
