Tom Holland, a British actor, has been actively marketing his next film Spider-Man: No Way Home and is currently doing the same in France. He was there for the Ballon d’Or ceremony as well.
The Hollywood celebrity saw Lionel Messi earlier this week and teased images of him wearing his Spider-Man costume in the PSG locker room. Holland also had a meeting with French forward Kylian Mbappe during that time. Mbappe was approached by Holland, a Tottenham Hotspur fan, who encouraged him to join his Premier League squad. Mbappe simply busted out laughing.
The 25-year-old spoke candidly to LADBible about his time at the ceremony in Paris.
He recalled of their meeting: “He was really friendly, so I said, ‘Mate, you have to come to Tottenham,’ and he just burst out laughing!” A transfer to the north London club would be “impossible,” Mbappe said in the video, to which the Uncharted actor responded with laughter. “It’s not possible. That is not possible. Mbappe replied before laughing out loud.
