Another mother has illustrated the reality of 𝘤𝘩𝘪𝘭𝘥𝐛𝐢𝐫𝐭𝐡 by sharing three photos of herself after having her quadruplets naturally in July.
In one of the photos, you can see Natalie Maree, from RoeƄourne in Western Australia, walking in her gym gear and t-shirt pulled up, while in the other two she has changed the angle of the camera on her body and has become loose . her shorts to show her postpartum stomach.
“You are so much more than your appearance… These photos were taken less than a minute apart,” Natalie wrote on her Instagram photo.

“The only way I could get rid of this completely is a tummy tuck, which I’m not willing to pay for,” said Natalie.
‘I have thought about it? Yes definitely. I think I’d ever get one? No, proƄnally not.’

Natalie said that after having the quadruplets, she has to ‘remind herself every day’ why her body looks this way and that her husband still loves her, no matter what he looks like.
“He and I know that I’m a good person and, at the end of the day, that’s what’s most important, not what’s hiding under my high-waisted stockings,” she said.
Natalie added: ‘Don’t lie everything that’s on the ‘gram’. These photos were taken within a minute of each other.

The mother’s honest post resonated with thousands of parents, many of whom thanked the mother for being so encouraging.

Natalie has shared photos before, including two other shots in gym clothes that illustrate the difficulty of post-ounces.
Natalie and her husband and Kahn had battled fertility issues for years before having their quadruplets last year.
Natalie was diagnosed with ‘unexplained infertility’, called ‘anoʋulation’, and required induction of ovulation, or injection of hormones to stimulate regular ovulation, before she was finally pregnant with her daughter Kiki in 2018.
“Twins run in my family and I had been told there was a small chance of a multiple pregnancy with this treatment, but I could never have anticipated what would happen next,” Natalie previously wrote for Kidspot.
‘When we had our first pregnancy ultrasound, I saw two bags appear on the screen and I started crying because I thought we were going to have twins. Kahn also began to cry.
