‘Magnificent’ Arsenal player spotted training with Neymar after claims Saudi clubs want to sign him

One Arsenal player who has been linked with a move to Saudi Arabia has now been spotted with Al-Hilal superstar Neymar Jr.

The Gunners will be active in this summer’s transfer window, and although the focus will be on new signings, there could be more outgoings in the coming months.

Arsenal have put 10 players on the ‘chopping block’ in this window, but there are a few others who could leave as well for the right offers.

One of them is currently training with Neymar.

Neymar sends message after training Arsenal star Gabriel Jesus

Neymar is one of the best footballers we’ve seen over the last decade.

The Brazilian was an absolute superstar when he was at Barcelona alongside Luis Suarez and Lionel Messi. He later became the main man at PSG and has always been a key player for his country’s national team.

Neymar moved to Saudi Arabian side Al-Hilal in the summer of 2023, and his debut campaign there was a disaster following a serious injury.

Now, the 32-year-old is working hard to get back to full fitness, and in what is a surprise, Arsenal star Gabriel Jesus was spotted training with him on Thursday.

The Gunners number nine had a difficult season himself due to injury issues. He has dropped down the pecking order at the Emirates and there are rumours that Arsenal could sell him.

TBR Football exclusively revealed in May that Arsenal have told the ‘magnificent‘ Jesus they will not stand in his way if an offer arrives. Saudi Arabian side Al-Qadisiyah, who are backed by Aramco, are interested in signing him.

Arsenal, however, are not actively looking to sell Jesus, but for the right price, we expect him to be made available this summer.

Neymar took to X and posted a few pictures after a session with Jesus on Thursday. He wrote: “Vacation with training. Today I had the company of my brother Gabriel Jesus and some friends!”

Jesus posted the same pictures and tweeted: “Good training today brother, Neymar. Stay strong, you will come back flying!”

Arsenal could sell Gabriel Jesus’ best friend too

When you’re building a top football team, you need to be ruthless with your decisions.

Mikel Arteta has shown over the years that he isn’t afraid to make big decisions, and it looks like he could make a few in this summer’s transfer window.

Jesus has already been made available for the right offer, and reports have claimed that the Brazilian’s best friend, Oleksandr Zinchenko, could also be sold this summer.

That would be a huge decision from Arsenal – those two players were their marquee signings from Manchester City just two years ago.

However, to go to the next level, moving them on for better players would probably be the right decision.
