WHAT HAPPENED?
Erling Haaland and exploits on the field are already legendary. Fans have seen them tear defenders apart time and time again. Now, it seems fans will get to see a completely different version of Haaland and Vini Jr – in a way they’ve never seen before.
Vini Jr and Haaland had earlier posted teasers of them working on a film set. While not much was revealed back then, it has been confirmed that the two stalwarts have teamed up with CLEAR Men to join their league of legendary football ambassadors.
The two will be playing the roles of detectives in the brand’s new ad film. And their mission? Champion the fight against men’s scalp problems and dandruff.
WHAT IS IN THE VIDEO?
The video initially shows Haaland as a detective, working hard to solve the case of a mysterious white substance that has gripped the city. He works through the clues to find the perpetrator – a villain looking to sell the wrong shampoo to men and shake their confidence.
Not only does he make use of his skills to overpower the villain but also distributes the perfect shampoo by CLEAR Men – made specifically for men’s scalps, that are weaker and more prone to dandruff.
The film then pans to Brazil which is also affected by the white substance also known as dandruff. A secret delivery of CLEAR Men’s shampoo is made to Vini Jr with a message that he might need it. The film ends as Vini Jr puts on his detective jacket. It is on him to rid Brazil of the white plague.
WHAT DID THEY SAY?
Erling Haaland said, “The best way to summarise is that it’s a detective drama and I’m on a mission to end dandruff. It was a fun challenge to step into a character role and I hope people find it entertaining.”
Vini Jr said: “It was a very fun experience to take part on a different style brand production and do some acting. Hope people like this small movie and get excited for more missions to come.”
